All sales are final
Full versions are digital files that are released to you as soon as payment is confirmed. Because a digital file cannot be returned, we do not give refunds or exchanges once the files have been released to you.
If a file is faulty
If a file is damaged, will not open, or does not work as described on its page, write to us within 14 days of receiving it. We will fix or replace it, and if we cannot, we will refund the invoice.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.
