My story

From the classroom to real HR practice

For fifteen years I taught HR to university students and led an HR degree program through accreditation. I kept seeing the same gap: students could define HR, but few had ever made an HR decision. So I built HRThink, a place to practise before the job starts, and I am taking that practice into the industry.
